 “Begin your journey. It will set you free.” This is the advice given to Babydoll, the lead character in the new action-fantasy movie, Sucker Punch. Babydoll (Emily Browning, The Uninvited) has been 1)committed to a 1950s-era insane 2)asylum, but despite the 3)harsh conditions, she never loses her will to survive. She decides to plan an escape, and must lead her fellow inmates on an incredible adventure that blurs the lines between the real and the imaginary. Babydoll’s band includes the outspoken Rocket (Jena Malone), the 4)reluctant Sweetpea (Abbie Cornish), the street-smart Blondie (Vanessa Anne Hudgens), and the fiercely loyal Amber (Jamie Chung).
